About the role

  • Position Information Hiring Manager: Associate Director Department: Operations Department Overview Operations is comprised of two separate departments, each with distinct roles and responsibilities.
  • The Portfolio Administration Team is responsible for the booking of deals, daily servicing activity including payment processing, advances and rate resets as well as the maintenance of referential data.

Responsibilities

  • Creating and coordinating execution of trade documents (e.g., Assignment Agreements, Funding Memos and Trade Tickets)
  • Distributing settlement documents to all appropriate parties
  • These behaviors and competencies drive our ability to win together.
  • Leadership: Role models in this area consistently focus on the right goals and priorities and continually develop themselves and others.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Knowledge of Broadly Syndicated Loans
  • Experience reviewing legal documentation, specifically credit agreements
  • Experience pulling basic loan parameters from Credit Agreements (e.g., interest rates, amortizations)
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Applies knowledge of financial and accounting principles and terminology related to the loan market and credit agreements and utilizes relevant systems and portals to carry out operations.
  • Confirming all required internal approvals have been received
  • Enthusiastic about working in office and creating a Gold Standard hybrid work culture

Nice to have

  • Experience with ClearPar and LSTA trade documentation preferred

Compensation

  • It is expected that the base salary range for this position will be $65,000 to $110,000.
