About the role

This role serves as a technical resource for challenging maintenance, troubleshooting, and system integration activities while supporting continuous improvement of test operations and facilities.
Resolve complex system issues involving mechanical, fluid, instrumentation, and control systems.
Coordinate technical execution of major facility modifications and test stand upgrades.

Lead installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities involving propulsion test systems and facility infrastructure.
Support planning, commissioning, and operational readiness of new test facilities.
Develop and improve maintenance procedures, work instructions, and operational documentation.
Collaborate with engineering teams to support system improvements and failure investigations.
Support evaluation of equipment performance and implementation of corrective actions.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience with installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of complex propulsion fluid systems and mechanical equipment.
Experience with installation, troubleshooting, calibration, and maintenance of instrumentation, sensors, data acquisition systems, and control hardware.
Work occasional night shifts and travel as required.
Nice to haves but not required:

The Stennis Test team designs, builds, and operates Relativity's propulsion and stage test stands.
Team members are hands-on with large-scale, complex systems including fully integrated engines and stage assemblies, pushing hardware to the limits and directly contributing to flight readiness.
The work is fast-paced and highly operational, ideal for those with backgrounds in aviation, automotive, manufacturing, offshore operations, industrial systems, construction, or adjacent industries.
You'll work in a close-knit, dynamic environment where collaboration between technicians, operators, and engineers is not only encouraged, but expected.
