About the role

  • This role serves as a technical resource for challenging maintenance, troubleshooting, and system integration activities while supporting continuous improvement of test operations and facilities.
  • Resolve complex system issues involving mechanical, fluid, instrumentation, and control systems.
  • Coordinate technical execution of major facility modifications and test stand upgrades.

Responsibilities

  • Lead installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities involving propulsion test systems and facility infrastructure.
  • Support planning, commissioning, and operational readiness of new test facilities.
  • Develop and improve maintenance procedures, work instructions, and operational documentation.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to support system improvements and failure investigations.
  • Support evaluation of equipment performance and implementation of corrective actions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Experience with installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of complex propulsion fluid systems and mechanical equipment.
  • Experience with installation, troubleshooting, calibration, and maintenance of instrumentation, sensors, data acquisition systems, and control hardware.
  • Work occasional night shifts and travel as required.
