About the role
- About the Role: As an Inventory Specialist, you will be responsible for managing Alto Pharmacy's inventory at a pharmacy location, ensuring that medications are properly stocked, tracked, audited, and replenished.

Responsibilities
- Support the Pharmacy team front-line needs, as needed.
- You will work closely with the pharmacy team to maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure smooth pharmacy operations.
- Inventory Specialists work cross-functionally across operations, inventory g, and other supply chain teams to build a better, more intuitive community pharmacy from the ground up.
Requirements
- Licensure: An active pharmacy technician license in good standing with the Board of Pharmacy of the state where you are applying, free of any disciplinary actions.
- Industry Experience: 2+ years experience working in a high volume pharmacy working with patients and providers.
- Ability to learn and operate a new pharmacy management system and other relevant programs.
- Ability to interpret, transcribe, and troubleshoot prescription information.
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients and providers on the phone.
- Manage purchasing related tasks for your site or region as required to meet our business needs.
