About the role

The Senior Director of Agentic Client Operations is the connective tissue between strategy and execution within RVGT's client partnerships.
You think in systems, move fast, and hold yourself and your team accountable for measurable outcomes.
This role requires a hybrid schedule and will be based in our South Charlotte, NC or New York, NY office (Tuesday through Thursday) and optional remote days on Mondays and Fridays each week.

Agentic System Design & Production Ownership
Own the design, deployment, and ongoing operation of AI-powered workflows across assigned client workstreams - from initial architecture through live production management.
Translate strategic objectives into scalable, production-grade system designs spanning multi-step automated workflows, API integrations, LLM-powered decisioning and RAG systems.
Lead workstream strategy for your client account - defining roadmaps, pressure-testing with data, and owning delivery from concept through optimization.
Partner with the VP to translate client business objectives into structured, executable system designs and workflow plans.
Build business cases for new capabilities and initiatives, tying recommendations to quantifiable KPIs and P&L outcomes.
Define and manage KPIs tied to acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue - maintaining visibility into performance across all active workstreams.
Serve as a trusted point of contact for client stakeholders on system design, roadmap progress, and performance outcomes.
Support VP-level client relationships by preparing briefings, executive summaries, and strategic recommendations with increasing independence.
Lead and develop a team of Directors, Analysts, and Operators across the client team.

Demonstrated experience designing and deploying AI-powered or automated workflows in production, including systems that:
Strong understanding of agentic systems and modern AI architectures - LLM integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic), RAG, and API-driven workflows.
Strong analytical capabilities including SQL, BI tools, and Python experience.
Proven ability to operate with agility, creating structure and driving execution in environments with significant change.

7-10 years of experience in digital operations, product, analytics, or technical strategy, with a strong track record of driving measurable business outcomes.
Financial services experience preferred.

Total Cash Compensation Range: $175,000 - $230,000 per year
New York City Total Cash Compensation Range: $218,750 - $290,000 per year
This role is also eligible for a target bonus. Equity may be offered separately and not included in total cash compensation. Actual compensation varies based on location, experience, and qualifications.
