About the role

  • The Colorado Conservation Fellowship, in partnership with Great Outdoors Colorado (GOCO) is a 2-year, full-time (35 hours per week) program, starting in September 2026.
  • This program aims to foster an environment where people from a broad range of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives feel welcomed and valued.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, with assignments sometimes coming from multiple sources while working independently;
  • Ability to coordinate project information from a number of sources to populate databases, create reports and produce manual files;

Requirements

  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite;
  • Interest in or experience with climate adaptation, resilience planning, or applied conservation strategies;

Compensation

  • The pay range for a candidate selected for this position is generally within the range of $29-$30/hr.
  • Where a successful candidate's actual pay will fall within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including, for example, the candidate's location, qualifications, specific skills, and experience.
  • Please note countries outside the USA would have a different pay range in the local currency based on the local labor market, and not tied to USA pay or ranges.
