About the role
- Verify prescription information entered in the system by data entry or order entry.
- Responsible for compliance with all applicable federal and state laws relating to the practice of pharmacy and the supervision of all pharmacy personnel.
- Schedule and monitor staff and day-to-day workflow.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day prescription dispensing in the fulfillment center.
- Develop, track and monitor employees' compliance to quality, service and production standards.
Requirements
- At least 3 years' relevant experience
- Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve issues.
- PC skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in fast-paced production environment
- Must be willing to obtain additional state licensure as required by business need
- B.S or Pharm.D. in Pharmacy
- Pharmacist License in good standing in Nevada
- Good organizational ability; Strong attention to detail; Ability to work in fast-paced production environment; willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
Nice to have
- Home Infusion/Specialty Pharmacy experience preferred
- Prior people management experience preferred

Compensation
- For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 127,100 - 211,800 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
