About the role
- Resource Innovations (RI) is seeking a full-time SEM Coach to join our growing Strategic Energy Management practice.
- The SEM Coach will work alongside RI Energy Managers and Engineers.
- They will expect a focused SEM experience to sharpen their existing relationship with structured cohort learning, best practices, and accountability.
Responsibilities
- In this role, you'll deliver SEM initiatives and energy reduction measures for industrial and commercial customers on behalf of utility programs.
- Rather than building an energy management function from the ground up, you'll team with an Energy Manager who knows their customer.
- Success in this role means knowing how to add value alongside an already-capable internal partner, not just how to build capability from scratch.
- Building on our expertise in energy efficiency, we're constantly expanding our portfolio of clean energy solutions to guide utilities through increasingly complex, connected challenges.
Requirements
- If applicable to the position, a pre-employment drug screen may also be required.
Compensation
- The compensation range for the base salary for this position is $90,000-$125,000.
- In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.
- The stated salary represents the expected compensation for this position.
- Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, education and location.
