About the role
- This position is hybrid and located in Charlotte, NC.
- This role operates as a trusted advisor to functional leadership, translating business strategy into prioritized technology outcomes, shaping demand, and co-owning value realization across the portfolio.
- The DBP plays a critical role in advancing digital, data, AI, and automation capabilities across the enterprise.
Responsibilities
- DBPs typically collaborate with functional leaders to understand strategy and develop aligned technology roadmaps.
- Partner with Architecture, Product, and Delivery to ensure solution fit and scalability
- Lead business case development and ROI modeling
- A diverse array of resources to support you professionally and personally.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Digitization or related field
- Experience working with executive stakeholders
- Experience in business case development and portfolio prioritization
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology environments (ERP, data, integration, cloud, AI)
- Experience in manufacturing, chemicals, or industrial environments
- Experience with digital transformation, AI, automation, or data platforms
- MBA or advanced technical degree
- Experience supporting AOP / LRP planning cycles
- Required:
- 8+ years experience in IT Business Partner, Digital Transformation, Consulting, or Product roles
- Preferred:
- Experience in value tracking and benefits realization
