Responsibilities

  • Supply Chain Strategy and Roadmap: Build the comprehensive plan to scale the global fusion supply chain to deliver all the components of ARC power plants
  • Complex Supplier Partnerships: Specialize in creative deal structures that align incentives and build robust supplier partnerships. Be a savvy win-win negotiator. Bring a full toolkit of deal structure and contract term options
  • A proven ability to create and execute complex supplier development roadmaps for scaling up global capacity
  • A talented architect of scalable supply chain systems and processes. Demonstrated ability to build a supply chain for a new industry
  • Complex Supplier Partnerships: Specialize in creative deal structures that align incentives and build robust supplier partnerships.
  • Leadership: Lead and grow our ~100 person team of exceptional supply chain experts.
  • Build the comprehensive plan to scale the global fusion supply chain to deliver all the components of ARC power plants

Requirements

  • 20+ years of progressive supply chain experience, including VP-level strategic leadership roles scaling cutting edge, hardware-intensive supply chains
  • Do this globally, built on a strong understanding of global cultural differences and norms.
