Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing tax strategies to ensure compliance and optimizing client outcomes
- Support recruiting, retention, and team-building initiatives to strengthen the firm's culture
- Exceptional client service and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing projects in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, interactive, results-based team environment
Requirements
- Proficiency in tax software, such as GoSystems, BNA Income Tax Planner, and Checkpoint
- Hands on experience with review and preparation of all forms and schedules related to individuals, corporations, S-corporations, partnerships, and state returns
