About the role

  • A Main Line automotive technician is an expert in automotive repair.
  • Job duties include diagnosing, inspecting, and repairing vehicles; overseeing and signing off on repairs completed by other mechanics; and training new technicians.
  • Career qualifications for a Main Line automotive technician include certification from the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE).

Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance and repair work efficiently, adhering to dealership standards.
  • Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
  • A qualified Main Line Technician will have experience in using technology and tools to perform auto service as quickly and effectively as possible.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • You have the keen ability to diagnose and identify required repairs in an efficient and timely manner
  • You are a reliable individual with a proven work ethic
  • You are a team player who is process-oriented

Compensation

  • Competitive pay with the opportunity to earn $100,000 + annually
