About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end intervention design and execution, including diagnostics, design, facilitation/coaching, measurement, and follow-up using standardized toolkits
- Develop executive-ready presentations, reports, and insights, leveraging data and storytelling to drive alignment and decision-making; partner with vendors as needed
- Establish evaluation metrics and continuous improvement practices, stay current on industry best practices, ensure alignment to Invesco priorities, and collaborate effectively across a global, matrixed environment

Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in progressive HR, Talent, or Organizational Development experience within complex, global, matrixed environments
- Deep knowledge of organization effectiveness frameworks, team dynamics, diagnostics, change models, and leadership methodologies
- Strategic, systems-thinking mindset with the ability to connect OE strategies to business outcomes

Nice to have
- Strong consulting, facilitation, and coaching capabilities, with relevant certifications and experience using psychometric assessments preferred
