About the role
- The Growth Manager will be responsible for driving user acquisition, managing paid media campaigns, and optimizing performance across multiple traffic channels.
- This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with strong media buying experience and a passion for scaling profitable campaigns.
- Search arbitrage experience is a strong asset.
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Native, etc.)
- Manage and scale advertising budgets with a strong focus on ROI and ROAS
- Develop and execute growth strategies to increase revenue and acquisition
- Monitor and optimize key metrics: CPA, CAC, ROAS, LTV
- Optimize keyword bidding strategies and monetization funnels
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or media buying
- Proven experience managing paid ad campaigns and budgets
- Experience with Google Ads and at least one other paid platform
- Familiarity with tracking and analytics tools (GA4, Voluum, RedTrack, etc.)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

- Execute and scale search arbitrage campaigns
- Monitor CPC trends and traffic quality
- Search arbitrage experience
- Affiliate marketing background
- Experience in AdTech or performance-driven environments
- CRO and landing page optimization experience
