  • Monitoring & Incident Response: Continuously monitor network traffic, system logs, and security alerts to identify and resolve anomalies or potential threats promptly.

Responsibilities

  • Configure, monitor, and maintain servers, storage, and virtualization platforms (VMware, Nutanix, Hyper-V) to ensure system reliability and performance.
  • Implement and manage firewalls, endpoint protection, patch management, and access controls; conduct vulnerability assessments and support zero-trust and compliance initiatives.
  • Lead disaster recovery planning, backup strategies, and maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, systems, and procedures.
  • This role manages servers, storage, network equipment, virtualization platforms, and cloud services, supporting both day-to-day operations and long-term technology initiatives.
  • Security & Compliance: Implement and manage firewalls, endpoint protection, patch management, and access controls; conduct vulnerability assessments and support zero-trust and compliance initiatives.
  • Business Continuity & Documentation: Lead disaster recovery planning, backup strategies, and maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, systems, and procedures.
  • Network Design & Documentation: Ability to create and maintain detailed network diagrams and topology maps.

Requirements

  • Three to five years of related experience with a bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Business Administration, or five to seven years of equivalent experience without a degree.
  • Strong knowledge of firewalls, switches, routers, and wireless technologies, with hands-on experience managing enterprise network environments.
  • Virtualization Skills: Proven experience with VMware, including deployment, configuration, and performance optimization.
