- Identifies immediate risks and needs of and family and develops a plan to address them in collaboration with the treatment team.
- Identifies ongoing treatment needs and develops plans, diagnoses, and updates problem lists as needed.
Requirements
- Master's degree in social work, marriage & family therapy, or psychology from an accredited college or university required.
- Valid California Driver's License required and meet Agency driver eligibility criteria.
- May be required to transport participants and/or family members in a personal vehicle.
- One (1) year of direct service experience in a mental health setting is required (student internship and/or practicum time may be substituted).
Nice to have
- Serves clients (ages 18 plus)
- Experience in a community-based therapy setting preferred.
Compensation
- Offering a salary that matches your skills and experience.
- 75,000 - 85.000 USD Per Year Working Location:
- Fresno, CA Working Hours/Shift:
- 4-day/10-hour schedule (Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday), based on availability.
