About the role

This role focuses on nurturing existing partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the expansion of Bobobox's presence across strategic locations.
Assist in negotiating and finalizing partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for collaboration.

Act as the primary point of contact for existing partners, fostering strong and enduring relationships.
Regularly engage with partners to understand their needs, address concerns, and identify opportunities for collaboration.
Monitor and evaluate partner performance, ensuring alignment with Bobobox's objectives.
Develop strategies to retain partners, enhance satisfaction, and strengthen loyalty.
Identify and engage potential new partners to support business growth.
Work closely with marketing and operations teams to maximize partner value and drive joint initiatives.
Regularly seek feedback from partners to refine processes and enhance service quality.
The Account Manager is for a staff/associate level with responsibility to managing and strengthening relationships with key partners, ensuring mutual growth and satisfaction.
It requires a combination of strategic thinking, relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive business outcomes.

Minimum Bachelor's degree in a related field.
At least 2-years of professional experience in Business Development.

You are an enthusiastic, motivated, positive attitude, and have the ability to learn quickly.
You are interested in assessing business opportunities and risks.

Having experience as a Business Development/analyst / Site Development in property developer or the property industry will be a plus.
