About the role

Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate books and records for pooled private investment funds and separate accounts, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Perform cash, investment, and real property reconciliations, enhancing the accuracy of financial reporting.
- Account for complex corporate actions and estimate monthly closing accruals to support financial accuracy.
- Calculate income and expense allocations for partners, updating distribution waterfalls in accordance with governing documents.
- Collaborate with independent auditors, custodians, prime brokers, and fund administrators to ensure seamless operations and compliance.
Requirements
- Must-Have: 10-12 years of relevant accounting or audit experience, with a blend of Big Four public accounting and investment management industry exposure.
- Strong knowledge of reconciliation processes and account analysis.
- Experience with Geneva/GWI and Investran accounting systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to resolve complex financial issues effectively.
Compensation
