Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain robust financial models spanning the full set of financial statements: P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
  • Lead budgeting and long-range planning processes in collaboration with business leaders
  • Conduct scenario analysis and develop business cases to support strategic initiatives and investments
  • Support ad-hoc executive requests
  • Collaborate with Accounting and Analytics to ensure financial data integrity and alignment

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, strategic finance, or management consulting roles
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and how they integrate with forecasting
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with both executive stakeholders and operational teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

Nice to have

  • Experience with ERP system implementation or Chart of Accounts architecture
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI)

  • This is a high-visibility opportunity reporting directly to the CFO, with exposure across the executive team.

  • The compensation range for this role is $125,000 - $140,000 for candidates based in Los Angeles, CA.
  • Individual compensation is determined based on experience and skillset.
