Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field required.
- 8+ years of Human Resources experience resolving associate relations issues required.
- The Director position is both hands-on and strategic, requiring working knowledge of multiple Human Resource disciplines.
- SHRM-CP preferred.
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR)-HRCI preferred.
- Asset Management industry experience preferred

- Base Pay:
- $150,000.00 - $185,000.00. The base salary for this position may vary depending on experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and abilities. In addition to the base salary, this role will be eligible to participate in our annual bonus program and may be eligible to participate in our long-term incentives program. This role will also be eligible for compensated personal time off and holidays, health benefits, 401(k) plan with generous matching and other benefit programs according to the Company's employment policies and subject to the formal terms of such plans and programs.

- Conducts regular meetings with respective business units.
- Partners with legal department as needed/required.
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of business unit functions, strategic objectives, and goals from an HR and organizational perspective.
- Strong background and understanding of associate relations issues, concepts and employment law.
- Excellent consulting skills.
Compensation
- $150,000.00 - $185,000.00.
