Own product areas end-to-end: problem framing, flows, wireframes, and prototypes
Build and maintain a design system that scales as the product grows
Work closely with Product and Engineering throughout the build process
Run lightweight research and usability testing to validate direction
Contribute design output that informs both engineering and broader product decisions
Strong systems thinking: design systems, component libraries, or work that demonstrates consistency at scale
Strong ability to lead Design Reviews, clearly articulating complex UX ideas and getting the right feedback
Startup experience where you've had to create structure from scratch
You love rolling up your sleeves and building from the ground up

Experience with end-to-end ownership - you understood the problem, drove the solution, and saw it through to delivery
Recent experience using AI-assisted tools where they genuinely add speed or quality
You are empathetic, driven, and operate with high integrity
