About the role
- M&H Valve Company is a world-class manufacturer of water and wastewater materials including fire hydrants, resilient wedge gate valves, butterfly valves and check valves.
Requirements
- Must be proficient in cutting and welding components.
- Knowledge and ability to work on 240 - 480 volt three-phase power and 24 -120-volt controls.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to write simple correspondence.
- Ability to add and subtract and to multiply and divide.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Nice to have
- High school diploma/GED preferred.
- or four years' experience in industrial maintenance required.
- Must have intermediate computer skills.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
