Responsibilities
- Manage incoming child care referrals and review for program and supportive service eligibility.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Ability to recognize, handle, and maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with external child care agencies.

Requirements
- Comprehensive knowledge of company services with the ability to clearly articulate and address related inquiries.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in modern office procedures and computer applications.
- Ensure all required information is accurately entered into the case management systems and the child care database.

- Must reside in San Diego County
- This position requires full-time (Mon-Fri) in-office work, from 8am-5pm.

- Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, PCG provides a reasonable range of compensation for this role. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role, including medical and dental care benefits, 401k, PTO, parental leave, bereavement leave.

As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: $19-$22. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role.
Nice to have
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- college degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
- background in social services is a plus.
