Responsibilities

  • Niyam is seeking an experienced Maximo Senior Technical Consultant to lead the configuration, implementation, and optimization of IBM Maximo Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions.
  • The Senior Configurator will serve as a subject matter expert throughout the project lifecycle, including solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
  • Support the development of interfaces to external systems.
  • Design and configure business processes, workflows, escalations, and automation scripts.

Requirements

  • US Citizenship with ability to obtain a Public Trust.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of IBM Maximo implementation and configuration experience.
  • Must be able to convert functional requirements into technical specifications.

Nice to have

  • Java, WebSphere, XML, PL SQL, Maximo automation scripts, BIRT.
  • Working knowledge of Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), integrations, APIs (REST/JSON).
  • Experience supporting full software implementation lifecycles.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Preferred Skills
  • Prior experience working on federal contracts.
