Participate in all phases of the product development life cycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, integration, and test.
Establish system architecture and perform system level design and decomposition into requirements.
Perform system analysis and interface definition.
Perform system and performance test planning and execution.
Lead design reviews and technical project reviews.
8+ years experience supporting system and subsystem product designs, validation testing, and root cause analysis.
Controls System Engineer role is a high-profile position with overall technical responsibility for developing high-quality controls and software products.
They will work to define system designs, interfaces, and architectures for Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) embedded controllers, user interfaces, tools, and digital offerings.

Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in an Engineering discipline
Proven success in helping conduct new technology and new product development projects to improve the function, reliability, or cost of products and components.

401K match up to 6%, plus an additional 2% core contribution = up to 8% company contribution.

$89,585.00 - $124,950.00
