Responsibilities
- Teach a minimum of 24 credit hours (or equivalent) per academic year and maintain four ( 4) office hours per week to include advising and consultation with students. Some teaching responsibilities may include teaching an evening course.

- This is a year-long course designed to support new faculty to navigate faculty life and thrive in teaching, scholarly activity and service.
Requirements
- Registered Dietitian and at least 2 years of work experience in nutrition

Nice to have
- Previous teaching experience at the university level and experience with developing and teaching in a variety of formats (face-to-face, online synchronous, online asynchronous)
- High quality teaching as evidenced by student and/or peer evaluations submitted with application
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Three (3) or more years of work experience in nutrition practice
