About the role

Job Duties: Record accurate daily production while maintaining production quotas.
Ensuring the inspection of the quality of the product during daily production.
Ensure proper markings are affixed to the product fabric.

Ensure presses and dies are lubricated when required.
Must be able to work a 10 hour/day schedule.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to assist in other areas/departments when there is downtime.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must have good hand/eye coordination.
Must be able to sit, stand, walk and/or bend for long periods of time (Varied based on daily tasks)
Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).

This is an hourly non-exempt role.
The starting pay range for this role and market is between $11.00- $20.00 /hour.
