About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead data governance initiatives focused on securities data flows and regulatory compliance requirements
- Collaborate on business process automation projects using the Appian platform
- Deliver production-ready SQL queries, data validation frameworks, and technical documentation that require minimal client review
- Interface directly with client stakeholders to ensure alignment and build trust
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement data governance frameworks, data quality controls, and compliance protocols
- Initiative to identify issues early and implements solutions without being prompted

- This position will serve as a strategic delivery lead within a complex client environment, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders and managing a small team to ensure successful execution of key initiatives.
- This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, leveraging deep Asset Management expertise to deliver and enable operational processes across complex Financial Services initiatives.
Requirements
- Must be Atlanta based.
- 5+ years of management consulting experience with a proven track record of leading transformation initiatives at the enterprise level
- Advanced SQL capabilities and experience with data validation, analysis, and Excel-based quality checks
Nice to have
- Preferred Background with BlackRock Aladdin, Preqin, or similar asset management platforms
