Responsibilities

  • Partner with strategic accounts to manage demand forecasting, pipeline visibility, inventory planning, and production readiness to support ongoing business and future projects.
  • Monitor order activity, shipment risks, and operational challenges while collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and support successful project execution.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, pricing, supply chain, product management, and other internal stakeholders to support customer requirements, pricing requests, and project execution.
  • Drive operational excellence by analyzing account performance, improving processes, maintaining accurate reporting and forecasting data, and ensuring execution to established service level expectations.
  • The Customer Success Account Manager serves as the primary operational partner for assigned strategic accounts, ensuring alignment between customer demand, internal operations, and business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Compensation

  • The expected annual base salary range for this role is $60,000 - $80,000.
  • This role qualifies for a sales incentive plan.
