Responsibilities
- JOB SUMMARY The Director, Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) & Financial Systems will lead At Home's Finance Transformation through the implementation, adoption, and ongoing evolution of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (Oracle EPM).
- This role serves as the business owner for Oracle EPM and partners closely with Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, and business leaders to redesign planning, forecasting, reporting, workforce planning, and financial close processes.
- This leader will ensure technology enables best-practice business processes while driving automation, standardization, governance, and executive decision support.
