- Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP and its subsidiary entities provide tax and business advisory services to their clients.
Responsibilities
- You will work side-by-side with firm leadership to serve clients and build the business, having a direct impact on the firm's success.
- Additionally, you will be a mentor and coach to a group of talented staff, utilizing your expertise to help develop their technical and professional skills.
- You want to contribute to your engagement team's professional growth and develop your own leadership skills to build a career with endless opportunities now, for tomorrow
- Be a valued tax business advisor, lead client relationships on day to day tax matters with various clients ranging from middle market to multinational
- Manage client engagement staffing, billings/collections, and ensure client profitability targets are met
- Support the growth and development of team members through the Baker Tilly Care and Teach philosophy, helping associates meet their professional goals
Requirements
- 8 years of experience
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or law, or a similar degree in business, masters or advanced degree desirable
- CPA or JD preferred
- Eight (8)+ years' experience providing federal tax compliance and consulting services in a professional services firm
- Five (5)+ years' of supervisory experience, mentoring and counseling associates
- Demonstrated management, analytical, organization, interpersonal, project management, communication skills
- Highly developed software and Microsoft Suite skills
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship preferred
- The pay rate range for this job position is $140,200.00 to $187,280.00.

- Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of relevant factors including but not limited to applicant's skills, prior experience, qualifications, degrees/certifications, work arrangements and geographic location.
