About the role

Responsibilities
- Join us in building the next generation of spacecraft.
- Ownership - Help build technology that will shape the future of space exploration
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of aerospace components and assemblies
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records
- Support first article inspections (FAI) in accordance with AS9102 requirements
- Identify, document, and help resolve nonconforming materials and products
- Support internal audits and quality system compliance activities
- Maintain calibration records and coordinate measurement equipment calibration schedules
- Support corrective and preventive action (CAPA) implementation and verification
- Partner with production and engineering teams to improve product quality and manufacturing efficiency
Requirements
- To comply with U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including ITAR, applicants must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual per 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
- High school diploma or GED; Associate degree in Engineering Technology, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, aerospace, defense, automotive, or high-tech production environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic quality management systems.
Compensation
- $60,000-$110,000
- The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors.
- Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
