- Assist under direction of the Director of Sales and Recruiting the hiring of Nexus Staffing Specialists temporary and direct hire work force.
- Work closely with sales relative to marketing candidates and directing type(s) of candidates available to aid the sales process.
- Continuous monitoring of recruiting resources.
- Significant marketing of applicants through job searching via internet recruiting.
