Requirements

  • Five or more years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, business operations, project management, business analysis, or a related discipline
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required
  • Experience leading improvement initiatives that delivered measurable business outcomes
  • Working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Experience facilitating process mapping, root cause analysis, Kaizen events, and process redesign efforts
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable recommendations
  • Experience using workflow visualization and productivity tools to analyze and communicate process changes
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, SharePoint, and Teams
  • Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation
