About the role

Reporting to the Manager, Corporate Talent Acquisition & Candidate Experience, this role works closely with leadership to ensure alignment with hiring needs and business objectives.
Our family of brands include Transco, Total Transportation, Maggies Paratransit, and GVC II.

Ensure recruiting efforts align with company goals and hiring priorities.
Identify and engage potential candidates through networking, passive sourcing, and online research.
Ensure adherence to EEO, Affirmative Action, ADA, and other relevant hiring regulations.
Provide input on process improvements to enhance hiring outcomes and candidate experience.
Provide regular updates and insights to the Manager, Corporate Talent Acquisition & Candidate Experience.
Gather feedback from candidates to refine recruitment efforts.
Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or a related field preferred, or equivalent recruiting experience.
