About the role
- You will play a critical role in ensuring production flow by getting the right parts, at the right price, at the right time.
- Source, quote, and order aftermarket and used parts across a wide range of makes and models
Responsibilities
- Manage end to end parts ordering workflow including receiving, verification, and organization
- Maintain accurate tracking of parts through inventory and ordering systems
- Build and maintain relationships with aftermarket vendors and used parts suppliers (recyclers, salvage networks, etc.)
- Support continuous improvement of parts processes and standardization
Requirements
- 3-7 years of hands on automotive parts desk experience
- Proven experience with high volume parts ordering in a production or retail environment
- Demonstrated ability to source parts quickly and accurately across multiple vendors and systems
- Experience with parts catalog and ordering systems (CDK, Reynolds, or similar)
- This role requires strong parts knowledge, vendor familiarity, and the ability to make fast, cost effective decisions across multiple sourcing channels.

Compensation
- Wage: $20.00 to $30.00 per hour
