- Job Description Rally House is seeking an Event Store Manager.
Responsibilities
- recruiting, scheduling, leadership and coaching, training and development, team building
- promptly and politely responds to inquiries and requests for support
- Financials: Deliver results, inventory control, sales
- staffing for game day leadership, community engagement and exposure, simultaneously manages store and events, product assessment and recommendations
- People: Staffing; recruiting, scheduling, leadership and coaching, training and development, team building
- Customer: Customer service; ensures customer remains the top priority, customer satisfaction; promptly and politely responds to inquiries and requests for support
- Financials: Deliver results, inventory control, sales; forecasting, generation, payroll management
- Event Management: Organize off-site events; staffing for game day leadership, community engagement and exposure, simultaneously manages store and events, product assessment and recommendations; partnership with buying team

- Customer service; ensures customer remains the top priority, customer satisfaction; promptly and politely responds to inquiries and requests for support
Requirements
- Minimum 5 - 7 years experience in retail; Minimum 2 - 5 years store management and coaching and developing others; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred; Event planning experience preferred; Sports enthusiast preferred.
