- The Manufacturing Quality Engineer designs and implements robust quality controls with growing independence.
- Leads routine root-cause/corrective actions (RCCA), conducts capability and validation studies, collaborates with production to drive efficiency and product quality, and supports PPAP/NPA readiness.
- In order to grow and build a successful career with
- Develop & maintain control plans/inspection plans; lead gauge R&R/MSA; perform capability and stability analyses.
- Plan/execute DV/PV process validations and sampling plans; create verification protocols/reports.
- Lead RCCA & corrective actions (8D/A3), nonconformance disposition, and effectiveness checks.
- Updat3e PFMEA, link controls to failure mode; prepare/compile PPAP evidence for submission.
- Coach technicians/operators on best practices; partner with Manufacturing/Quality/Design on DFM/DFA and change control.
- Prepare clear reports and present risk/status to stakeholders.
