Consistently research, test, document, and communicate process improvement opportunities using a consultative approach.
Creates actionable reporting/dashboards to show results, identify trends, and highlight opportunities.
Partners with various teams such as marketing, distribution, legal, compliance, finance, technology, and design to ensure that solutions are compliant, client-centric, and in line with brand standards.
Leads enhancement requests, implementation of new functionality, process/standards changes, etc.

5+ years of total relevant work experience
Experience working with content management and workflow systems and repositories, especially Seismic and Workfront.
FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.
Required:
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND
Preferred:
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a deadline-driven environment
A willingness to learn new things and a positive attitude
Strong communication and problem solving skills

This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to one day per week from home.
Base Salary Ranges

$96,500.00 - $164,000.00 for the location of: Maryland, Colorado, Washington and remote workers
$105,000.00 - $180,000.00 for the location of: Washington, D.C.
$120,000.00 - $205,000.00 for the location of: New York, California
Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package.
