About the role
- PLC troubleshooting with Beckhoff or Allen Bradley
- Strong electronics and pneumatic background - able to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings and programming documentation
Responsibilities
- Use process requirements and design guidelines
- Escalation point for production support topics - production process priority
- Identify, support, and implement improvement efforts to meet line production OEE, Scrap goals, and equipment MTBF goals
- Support AGV systems
Requirements
- Associates degree in a technical discipline or 10+ years relevant experience / equivalent military background in lieu of the degree
- 5+ years' experience installing, teaching, and maintaining collaborative robots
- Ability to work on a manufacturing shopfloor environment
- Must wear company-provided ESD safety-toed shoes, smock, and other PPE in required areas
- Must be able to push, pull, reach, twist, turn, stoop for duration of 8+ hour shifts
- Ability to lift or carry objects up to 40 lbs. unassisted
- Ability to climb ladders

- $74k-$101k
