About the role

  • As an Assembler, you will be assembling various electronic components and sub-assemblies ensuring the seamless integration to repair high-quality products.
  • In this role, you will report to the Supervisor, Service.
  • At MKS, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role.

Responsibilities

  • As a Service Support Assembler I at MKS Instruments, you will partner with service to repair RF Generators.

Requirements

  • Soldering electronic components as required to repair RF generators.
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work overtime when required.

Skills

  • Oracle data entry.
  • Ability to solder to IPC standards.
  • Understanding of 6S and Lean methodology.

  • Ability to follow written work instructions and assemble products accurately according to defined specifications.

Compensation

  • $14.72 - 24.53 per hour.
  • This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law.
  • Bonus: This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to be determined by MKS [or as applicable].
