About the role
- Payroll Coordinator is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing by reviewing payroll quality reports, calculating and distributing employee payments, and resolving payroll discrepancies through detailed data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Substantial professional experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree.
- Moderate experience with Microsoft Office 365 toolset, specifically Excel (Pivot Tables, V-Lookup, Concatenate functions), Word, Outlook, Teams
- Education: Associate Degree in Finance related field preferred.
Nice to have
- Associate Degree in Finance related field preferred.

Compensation
- Range: $20.00 - $22.00 hourly
- This role is eligible for a base salary within the posted range.
- Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including skills, experience, and geographic location.
- Compensation may vary for positions based in high cost-of-labor markets.
