Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall talent acquisition strategy across Campus Recruitment and Experienced Hiring
  • Lead, coach, and develop a Talent Acquisition team of approximately 8-10 team members across campus and experienced hiring
  • Build scalable recruitment strategies and processes to support the company's continued growth
  • Partner closely with executive leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and talent priorities
  • Drive recruitment planning, forecasting, and pipeline strategy across multiple business areas
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with People & Culture, leadership teams, and operational stakeholders to support long-term growth objectives
  • Evaluate and improve recruiting systems, tools, workflows, and operational processes to support scale

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including leadership experience overseeing high-volume and professional services recruitment
  • Experience leading experienced hiring functions
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition within consulting, professional services, or similarly high-performance environments
  • Experience recruiting within both Canadian and US markets, including understanding differences in talent landscapes and recruitment strategies is an asset
  • Experience with ATS platforms, recruitment systems, and recruitment operations best practices
  • Final compensation will be set fairly and thoughtfully based on experience, expertise, and alignment with the role's responsibilities.
