About the role

  • Responsible for prospecting and running Auris Payroll presentations both in person and over the phone to small and mid-sized merchants and businesses to ultimately close deals within a fast sales cycle.
  • As a Payroll Territory Manager (PTM), you will report to the Payroll Division Manager (PDM).
  • Activities include explaining our value proposition to clients via Atlas CRM, upselling current clients on other Auris products and services, and maintaining regular communication with the PDM.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain existing/prospective client records, in accordance with company policies, to include call otes, scheduled client interactions, contact information, and other relevant client information, in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Continuously build and develop knowledge of current product/service portfolio as well as changes and developments within the financial technology industry, to remain up-to-date.

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Final candidates will be required to complete post-offer verification processes related to the role and in accordance with applicable laws.

Nice to have

  • High school diploma/GED
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience
  • At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience
