Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in in-house marketing roles, and/or agency experience, focusing on growth.
- A proven track record of scaling campaigns and managing complex growth organizations.
- Strong project management skills with an ability to juggle many constantly-shifting priorities
- Proven experience managing a team.
- Ability to communicate effectively with and relate to clients

Nice to have
- Additional management experience, or exposure to, more nascent functional areas is a big plus - marketing analytics, offline campaigns, ecommerce marketplaces.
