- Contributes to the development of a business plan for the business unit.
- The role needs to be able to achieve and exceed cost out targets for the business in line with drilling activity.
- Remote operations intensity improvements, field personnel utilization, field services to field operators' ratios and contingent worker spend are some of the key metrics to monitor and improve upon.

- Maintaining customer field inventory

- Undertaking field service work on client's operations
- Servicing pumps in the field
- Undertaking lab analysis
- Undertaking maintenance services on-site (preventive and remedial)
- Managing maintenance facilities and field services engineering
