Responsibilities
- Lead and manage new office launch projects from initial planning through commissioning and occupancy
- Manage multiple concurrent micro-projects including office renovations, space reconfigurations, equipment installations, and facility improvements
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies for facility initiatives
- Ensure all facility projects comply with building codes, safety regulations, and X-energy standards
- Manage project budgets and track expenditures, providing regular financial updates to leadership
- Develop and maintain project documentation including schedules, progress reports, change orders, and closeout documentation
- Support the Facilities team with space planning, workplace strategy, and operational improvements
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for facility services
- Maintain professional demeanor and behavior at all times in all forms of communication.
- Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in facilities, construction, or real estate
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple concurrent projects
- Strong understanding of office buildout processes, construction methodologies, and facility operations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize effectively
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- 7+ years of progressive experience managing construction or cooperate real estate development projects
- Proficiency with Procore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, or other construction management platform
Nice to have
- Typically demonstrated by 10 plus yrs of relevent experience

Compensation
- As required by Maryland and other applicable state law, X Energy, LLC (X-energy) lists the expected compensation range for a publicly advertised job opportunity based upon the job requirements (e.g. education/training, experience, skill sets, etc.).
- Individual candidates who meet the job requirements for the posted position will be offered a salary within this range based on their respective levels of education/training, experience, and other qualifications unique to them.
- Salary ranges may vary based on the specific office location and region referenced in the posting to take into consideration differences in cost of living and may not be reflective of all regions.
- Please note that compensation ranges listed for US job postings reflect base salary only and do not include benefits or other incentives.
- Offers within the posted salary range are commensurate with the individual's qualifications for the position, along with a view on internal equity, market data, and room for growth.
