Responsibilities
- We're seeking a visionary, execution-oriented executive to architect and scale the global partner ecosystem at Automation Anywhere, the recognized leader in Agentic Process Automation (APA).
- You will bring an enterprise mindset, strong executive presence, and a track record of scaling high-impact partner ecosystems in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- You will play a defining role in how enterprises worldwide adopt Agentic Process Automation, driving durable competitive advantage through a differentiated, global partner strategy.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in alliances, partnerships, or ecosystem leadership within enterprise technology companies
- Experience managing multi-layered global teams and senior leaders, with a focus on performance, accountability, and growth
Nice to have
- blend of technical, consulting, and operational leadership experience in high-growth enterprise environments

As VP, Strategic Partnerships, reporting to the SVP of Global Alliances & Channels, you will define and lead the company's global partner strategy, owning the vision, investment priorities, and operating model required to accelerate growth through a best-in-class partner ecosystem.
- In this highly visible leadership role, you will operate as a key member of the extended executive leadership team, partnering closely with senior leaders across sales, marketing, product, finance, and operations to shape company-wide strategy, influence investment decisions, and deliver outsized business outcomes.
