Responsibilities

- You'll bring a hands-on approach to concepting and design while providing guidance to designers, and you'll work closely with marketers, copywriters, and project managers to deliver high-impact, cohesive campaigns.
- Develop and execute creative concepts for marketing campaigns, content strategies, and brand initiatives.
- Provide guidance and feedback to designers, and support onboarding as needed.
- Collaborate with marketing teams, project managers, copywriters, and external partners to produce cohesive campaigns.
- Present creative concepts and design rationale to internal stakeholders and leadership.
- Review and approve final designs, ensuring alignment with creative strategy and brand identity.
- Stay informed on design trends, competitor activity, and industry standards to keep creative output fresh and relevant.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in art direction, with a mix of hands-on design execution and experience guiding or mentoring junior designers.
- Familiarity with project/asset management platforms.

Compensation
- $108,750 - $145,000 USD
