Requirements
- Master's degree in social work or counseling.
- Two (2) years of experience working with clients/students in conducting case management, individual counseling, and crisis intervention in a support team approach environment.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Proficient in Word, Outlook and Excel with ability to learn specific software such as Maxient, Navigate, Titanium, and Ellucian Colleague.

Nice to have
- Experience at the community college or university counseling center.
- Experience working with more severe psychopathology.
- Working knowledge of social service agencies and Medicaid eligibility and enrollment.
- English and Spanish verbal and written communication proficiency.
- Demonstrated multicultural competence.

- Ability to work weekend hours as needed.
- Duties are performed indoors in the usual office and/or outdoor environment.
Compensation
- Conduct assessment and prepare monthly/semester/annual reports on case management activities, including but not limited to trends, data analysis, and program evaluations.
