About the role

  • This role is based in Brampton, Ontario and requires onsite presence of 3 (three) days per week.
  • SALARY RANGE: $84,320 - $105,400 PLEASE NOTE: - We use artificial intelligence (AI) to review resumes of candidates and assess their fit based on the criteria outlined in the job posting.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Digital Solutions:
  • Develop workflow automation using Power Automate, Power Apps, RPA, and comparable platforms.
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, data models, and executive insights.
  • Translate business requirements into process maps, solution designs, technical requirements, and implementation plans.
  • Lead defined workstreams within larger digital transformation programs.
  • Partner with functional teams to identify opportunities to simplify workflows, improve decision-making, and eliminate manual effort.
  • Lead AI Change Management and Adoption:
  • Develop and deliver AI adoption plans, communications, training, demonstrations, job aids, and practical use cases.
  • Identify practical opportunities to apply generative AI, intelligent automation, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled decision support.
  • Build and test AI use cases that improve productivity, process quality, user experience, or business insight.

Requirements

  • Requires a Baccalaureate degree and minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, OR advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
